Acacia Wood Accessories
Carved by hand in India and the Philippines, each of our acacia wood boards - suitable for chopping and serving food - has unique character that will vary from piece to piece. Acacia is a fast-growing hardwood which is non-indigenous to both countries, growing along roadsides and on uncultivated land.
Round acacia wood board, carved by hand in India. Suitable for chopping or serving. Treat the wood with a grapeseed oil or another neutral oil when necessary.
Details
Acacia wood. Wash in lukewarm soap water, not dishwasher safe. Do not soak in water. For maintenance apply a little grape seed oil from time to time.
Made in India.
Our wood pieces have been shaped, carved and chiselled using traditional woodworking techniques. The colour, texture and grain of the wood will vary in each piece, and knots and cracks in the wood are inherent.
